Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board conducts DCECE for taking admission in Polytechnic Engineering (PE) & Part-Time Polytechnic Engineering (PPE) Courses. DCECE is a state-level entrance examination organized by BCECE. Through this examination, you can take admission into any Bihar Government or Private Polytechnic Colleges based on the performances in the exam. DCECE Exam will be conducted in the offline mode although you can apply online.

Bihar DCECE 2020 Eligibility Criteria: (For PE and PPE Course)

All aspirants who want to apply online for Bihar DCECE 2020 should meet the eligibility criteria. In case of failure to meet eligibility criteria, the application form will not be accepted. Hence it is important to note down the eligibility criteria for PE and PPE courses.

General Eligibility Criteria for all Applicants

• The applicant should be an Indian citizen and his/her parents should be from Bihar.
• If parents or applicant is not from Bihar then parents should be Govt Employee and working Under Bihar Government.

For Polytechnic Engineering Course (PE)

• Candidate should have passed 10th (Matric) from recognized board and Science and English as main subjects.
• The applicant should have scored at least 35% Marks in the Matric Exam.
• There is no upper and lower age limit to apply.

For Part-Time Polytechnic Course (PPE)

• Candidate should have passed 10th with a minimum of 2 years of Work Experience in any Company/Organizations/NGO.  

OR

• Applicant should have passed Matric (10th) with 2 years of ITI course.

Note: Candidate will have to show the original work experience documents at the time Bihar Polytechnic Admission.

• Register yourself by providing the Mobile No./Email ID. 

Filling Up the Details:

• You will receive the OTP on registered Mobile No./Email ID. 
• Fill out the application form, by filling the fields. 
• Choose Course Group carefully in the Registration Form. 
• Enter personal details, Educational Details such as Marks of all the appeared subjects. 

Note: You will have to produce the Mark Sheet at the time of counseling, ensure all the entries should be correct. 

Upload Photo and Signature: 

• After completing the application form, you need to upload photo and scanned signature.
